COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 849Z0A331B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eagle-Signal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Clark parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Basler product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eagle-Signal such as the HA40S172A6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5UUH476 manufactured by Clark and we are pleased to be able to service most Clark systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BE1 by Manufacturer Basler as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Audio-Precision Brand MFI52035411 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as D65VMLS480B1 equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D4850 made by Crydom as well as the popular D80JE20A original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 171156220 by Electromatic and D65VMLS480B1 spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SM1551152K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carlo-Gavazzi. |
